Hey Rico and Mambo I have a dilemma. There’s this woman at my job who everyone knows is somewhat a “hoodrat” and has tried to get with a lot of the other guys at work.  She’s not that attractive and seems kind of insecure.  Sometimes when I write her a work e-mail she turns it into something completely “sexual”.  She’s done it to a couple of the other guys too, and it’s really annoying.  Should we confront this woman about her dirty emails?  Or should we just go straight to our boss?

WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU.  You gotta be cool with that girl cuz you never know when you’re gonna need her.  She might not look good now but wait until December when the company party comes around and you have a couple of drinks she might look better then, but for now just keep it cool with her. But if you are not into hoodrats you still have to keep it cool with her, cuz hoodies have fine friends.  But seriously just tell her in person how you feel about the emails and I guarantee you they will stop, but once you do that your gonna regret it.
