The fourth “Terminator” flick moves the action to the year 2018, when the machines have already declared war on humanity. John Connor is the leader of the human resistance and his potential new ally is a terminator that doesn’t even know it’s a machine. Christian Bale plays John Connor .

Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian (PG)

Ben Stiller returns as the night watchman who protects a museum’s exhibits that magically come to life after dark. In this one, the exhibits are temporarily moved to federal storage at the Smithsonian, so he has to break in to protect the old exhibits from some evil new exhibits. Robin Williams, Owen Wilson and Steve Coogan all return as some of the old exhibits from the first film . . . and the new Smithsonian exhibits include Amy Adams as Amelia Earhart, Christopher Guest as Ivan the Terrible and Hank Azaria as an evil pharaoh.

The Wayans brothers wrote this comedy about a street dancer from the wrong side of the tracks who hooks up with a hot chick to compete in some kind of dance battle. It stars Damon Wayans Jr. and is directed by Wayans nephew Damien Dante Wayans.
