According to TMZ, Chris Brown has been accused of stealing a woman’s $500 phone outside of a club in Miami Beach last weekend.
24-year-old Christal Spann says she and her friends were in a club called Cameo early Sunday morning, when they saw Chris Brown and TYGA leaving through a side door. Christal says she ran up to the car and took a picture of Chris Brown and he reached out and grabbed her phone.
He told her, quote, “B!#th, you ain’t going to put that on no website” and then he drove off.
Chris is being investigated for the crime of “robbery by sudden snatching” but he has NOT been charged and no arrest warrant is being drawn up. At least not yet.
The moment Chris found out police were looking into the case, he contacted his lawyer, who is now discussing the matter with Florida authorities.
Chris still on probation for the RIHANNA incident three years ago. And if he’s CHARGED with a crime, his judge in Los Angeles could revoke that probation and send him to jail for up to four years. We’ll keep you posted.
